Use a 150 or higher resolution jpeg picture at approx 3"-4".  A clear photo of your child's face is what our production department is looking for - to make the best possible DVD as we know this will be a favorite keepsake for many years to come. Eyes forward with nothing on the head (hats or bows!) and both ears/side of face showing.

Please note that camera phone or blackberry pictures will not work as the resolution needs to be higher. 

Please refer to your order # (which you will receive after placing the order) and child's name - when e-mailing the picture.
